We do have equipment pick up options, but if you choose to have us handle the set up, your lighting specialists will re-confirm all set up time frames so everything is ready to go before your event time. Even days prior to your event our office staff does their diligence to get all the set up information and details in place so that on your big day your focus can be elsewhere.
